According to Health Canada, its sampling and evaluation program has determined that these Plush Toys do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for toys. Specifically, the hard plastic eyes on these Plush Toys can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In general, if plastic or metal fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Lobster Plush Toys, please do not use them nor let your child play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the Plush Toys to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
