Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves John Deere model 120R Compact Utility Tractor Loaders that attach to 2025R Tractors.

The recalled Tractor Loaders are sold in traditional John Deere trade dress: mostly green with yellow accents. The model number of 120R can be found on both sides of each Tractor Loader while the serial number can be found on the inside of the left boom arm of the Loader. ==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, important information concerning the required ballast when the Loader is attached to a John Deere model 2025R tractor is missing from the operator’s manual. If improperly ballasted, the Tractor can be unstable and create a risk of injury to the operator or bystanders.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled John Deere Compact Utility Tractor Loaders, please do not use it. Instead, kindly contact an authorized John Deere dealer for a free correction of the operator’s manual. John Deere is also contacting all known (i.e., registered) purchasers of the recalled Loaders directly to advise them of this recall notification.
