Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain Wireless Smart Phone Chargers with model number AC16B printed on the bottom of the device.

The recalled Chargers are circular and have clear edges and a white plastic center with black trim. They measure approximately 3.9″ in diameter and 0.4″ tall . One black USB cable is included with each of the Chargers.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, the recalled Wireless Phone Charger can overheat while in use, posing a burn hazard to users. The firm has received three (3) reports of the Wireless Smart Phone Chargers overheating. No injuries have been reported.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Wireless Phone Chargers, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
