Canada/Ottawa: Delta-Agro Distribution Inc. recalls certain batch/lots of Dhawaka brand Choco Kids Chocolat en Poudre Snacks due to undeclared Gluten, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Chocolate flavoured Snack Foods are subject to this recall:

• Dhawaka brand Choco Kids Chocolat en Poudre Snacks, sold in 180 gram boxes with a batch/lot designation of 107, a production date code of DF: 07/2016 and a best-by date code of DL: 07/2018 with a UPC of 6 194023 504707

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CFIA, Delta-Agro Distribution has recalled the above identified batch/lots of Dhawaka brand Choco Kids Chocolat en Poudre Snacks due to undeclared Gluten.

Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
