Kwik Trip, Inc., a La Crosse, Wisconsin establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Premium Egg Salad Sandwiches on Oat Multigrain Bread due to undeclared Fish and/or Shellfish, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
