Guymon Extracts, Inc., a Guymon, Oklahomla establishment, recalls an estimated 4,202 pounds of Pork Soup with Rendered Pork Fat (from Bone) due to suspected processing deviation that may have allowed potential spore-forming pathogen growth including Clostridium botulinum and Clostridium perfringens contamination and consequential risk of bacterial infection and illness, all serious health hazards.
