Additional information:
The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Shish Kabob products are subject to this recall:

  • Rafedain Fully Cooked Chicken Patty Shish Kabob, sold in 9-ounce vacuum-packed tray packages, each containing four (4) pieces

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Shish Kabob products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the USDA, the products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST 44196” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to distributors and retail locations in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Washington. The problem was discovered by FSIS inspection program personnel during routine in-plant labeling verification activities.

Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
