The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Death Wish Coffee products are subject to this recall:

  • Death Wish Nitro Cold Brew, sold in 11-ounce cans

Please consult the photograph above for details of the beverage’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional images of the recalled Coffee can be found on the Web site above.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the FDA, Death Wish in conjunction with an outside Process Authority has determined that the current production process could lead to the growth and production of the deadly toxin, Botulin.

==> For information about Botulism, please consult the “Illnesses” tab on this site, located at the top of this page.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm beverage poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any drink, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Death Wish Nitro Cold Brew, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the Nitro Cold Brew to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
