The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Drugs are subject to this recall:

  • Ninjacof, sold in 473 mL bottles with a batch/lot of 200N1601, a DIN of NDC 23359-032-16 and an expiration date of 11/2018. This drug product was manufactured by Vilvet of Dania Beach, FL and distributed by Centurion Labs.
  • Ninjacof A, sold in 473 mL bottles with a batch/lot of 201NA1601, a DIN of NDC 23359-033-16 and an expiration date of 11/2018. This drug product was manufactured by Vilvet of Dania Beach, FL and distributed by Centurion Labs.

According to the FDA, Ninjacof and Ninjacof A are used to temporarily relieve symptoms due to the Common Cold, Allergic Rhinitis or other respiratory allergies and are sold in 473 mL bottles with the expiration date of 11/2018. The affected drugs are known to have been distributed in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

According to Drugs.com, a total of 701 drugs (4611 brand and generic names) are known to interact with Ninjacof (Chlophedianol / Pyrilamine). You can consult the following Web site for details:

Do not dispose of this product through your household sewer system. Instead, consult with your local pharmacist or municipal waste authority for disposal instructions.
