The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Alcoholic Beer is subject to this recall:

  • Redline Brewhouse brand Raspberry Traffic Jam Ale, sold in 50 L casks with a batch/lot/product code of JUL 20
  • Redline Brewhouse brand Raspberry Traffic Jam Ale, sold in 30 L casks with a batch/lot/product code of JUL 20
  • Redline Brewhouse brand Raspberry Traffic Jam Ale, sold in 50 L casks with a batch/lot/product code of JUL 20
  • Redline Brewhouse brand Raspberry Traffic Jam Summer Ale – Unfiltered & Unpasteurized, sold in 473 ml bottles with a batch/lot/product code of 20/07/17

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CFIA, Redline Brewhouse has recalled the above batch/lots of Redline Brewhouse branded Raspberry Traffic Jam Ale due to suspected Norovirus contamination.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Alcoholic Beer, please do not consume it directly nor use it as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
