Additional information:
The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following not-ready-to-eat Chicken Entrees are subject to this recall and were produced on various dates from June 30, 2016 through June 27, 2017, as follows:

  • Bateman Classics Chicken Breast Fillets with Apricot Sauce, Lemon Quinoa and Brussels Sprouts sold in 9.1-ounce three (3) compartment plastic trays containing bearing any of the following batch/lot codes: 11117, 06017, 01717 or 35516.
  • Bateman Classics Chicken Fillet with Honey Mustard Sauce, Herbed Quinoa, California Blend Vegetables sold in 9.0-ounce three (3) compartment plastic trays bearing any of the following batch/lot codes: 12117, 06717, 04517, 00917, 29516 or 23616.
  • Chicken with Herb Sauce Potatoes and Carrots, sold in 9.1-ounce three (3) compartment plastic trays bearing any of the following batch/lot codes: 17817, 14417, 10217, 08617, 05517, 04417, 00217, 36516, 35016, 32816, 30216, 27716, 24316, 22216 or 18216.
  • Fillets with Barbeque Sauce, Roasted Yams, Green Beans sold in 12.8-ounce three (3) compartment plastic trays bearing any of the following batch/lot codes: 14617, 08917, 01717 or 35616.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional images of the recalled Chicken Entrees can be found on the Web site above.

According to the USDA, the Chicken Entrees subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. P45096” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to institutional locations in Arizona and California.

The problem was discovered during routine in-plant label verification activities being performed by the company on July 31, 2017.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession these recalled Chicken Entrees and could be allergic to their Soy ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.
