The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Mini Bikes are subject to this recall:

  • Assassin Scorpion Bike 80cc AUTO

==> No barcodes, VINs, UPCs, APNs or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Mini Bike’s design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled vehicles can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the recalled Mini Bikes that do not have front and rear braking may pose an accident risk to riders.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Mini Bikes, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact Assassin Dirt Bikes at or 1300 688 053, or go to 184 Taren Point Road, Taren Point, to organise the correct braking system to be fitted.
