According to the FDA, these products are being recalled because they were not continuously maintained or stored at the required temperature due to a malfunction in the cooler. This could result in contamination by spoilage organisms or pathogens, which could lead to life-threatening illness if consumed. The Idaho Foodbank discovered the problem after reviewing cooler temperature records during high heat.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your food back or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

If you believe you have in your possession any of the recalled Coconut Beverage, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Eggs and Cheese Products, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the foods and/or beverages to the outlet or distribution point where you acquired it or dispose of them in your household garbage.
