The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Child Floatation Devices are subject to this recall:

  • Baby Swim Neck Floats, as illustrated in the photograph above.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Float’s design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, there is an increased risk of drowning if the product isn’t used correctly and/or deflates during use.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Baby Neck Floats, please do not use them to help your child float to swim. Instead, kindly return the product to the online outlet where you purchased it for a full refund.
