Among the 33 recalls the NHTSA has announced this July comes news of the following:

American Honda Motor Co. (“Honda”) has recalled an estimated 1,148,550 model year 2013-2016 Honda Accord vehicles. The case for the battery sensor, part of the battery management system, may allow the ingress of water, potentially causing an electrical short.

According to the NHTSA, an electrical short increases the risk of a fire.
