Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain Lamaze Munching Max Chipmunk Stuffed Toys, sold with an item number of L27578.

The brands, “Tomy” and “Lamaze” as well as the item number are printed on a sewn-in fabric label near the tail of the Toy. Each of the recalled Stuffed Toys is multi-colored with a white clip on the head of the Chipmunk. When the clip is pulled, the Chipmunk Toy vibrates and simulates eating the Cloth Nut attached to its arm.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, parts inside the Toy can break creating a sharp point that can penetrate the surface of the toy, posing a laceration hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Chipmunk Toys, please do not use it nor give it to your child . Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
