Daylesford Ham Recall [UK]

Additional information:
The UK Food Standards Agency (“FSA”) reports the following Foods are subject to recall:

  • Daylesford Rosemary & Thyme Roast Ham; all pack sizes with use-by dates from 20 July 2017 and 25 July 2017
  • Daylesford Smoked Black Ham; all pack sizes with use-by dates from 20 July 2017 and 25 July 2017

==> No barcodes, UPCs, EANs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the FSA, this recall was initiated after some samples of the above Pork products tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes during routine laboratory analysis. You should not consume the Roasted or Smoked Hams identified above.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household rubbish, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Ham, please do not consume it directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the Ham product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
