Among the 34 recalls the European Union has announced in its fifth (and final) report of June 2017, the following notification was made:

Army Tank Firework Recall - EU Report 26/2017Vulcan Army Tank Fireworks, large size. The recalled pyrotechnic articles (fireworks) are sold with a designation of Art n° 267, ref nr EC149994 and a UPC of 4891736921488.

The type of hazard presented by the recalled pyrotechnics/fireworks include the ignition fuse not correctly attached to the product. As a consequence, people trying to ignite it may get burned by unexpected triggering of the firework fountains, with less or no delay due to the inadequate fuse.

Because of this defect, the recalled pyrotechnics/fireworks may cause explosive injuries, burns or property damage and do not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive and the relevant European standard EN 15947. As such, therefore, the European Union has issued a ban on the marketing of these products and any accompanying measures, as well as the withdrawal of the fireworks from the European marketplace by the distributor.

==> Do not use, store or let your children play with or near these pyrotechnics/fireworks. Instead, return them to the store from which your purchased them for a full refund.
