Canada/Ottawa: Agropur Coopérative recalls certain batch/lots of Natrel branded Orange Cream Partly Skimmed Milk due to suspected risk of Spoilage and consequential bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.

Additional information:
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Skimmed Milk is subject to this recall:

  • Natrel brand Orange Cream Partly Skimmed Milk, sold in 473 ml cartons with a date code of 2017 JN 01 and a production code (with times) ranging from AGRT 1720, 2:30 to 10:45 or 18:00 to 20:30 and a UPC of 0 55872 10668 8

==> No item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CFIA, Agropur Coop has recalled the above batch/lots of Natrel brand Orange Cream Partly Skimmed Milk due to suspected risk of Spoilage.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Skimmed Milk, please do not consume it directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
