The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Bore Pumps are subject to this recall:

  • Pump Factory Pty Ltd., 2″ Deep Diver Submersible Bore Pumps

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, unsafe non-compliances to Australian electrical safety standards in internal wiring and construction have been identified. Internal insulation and earthing connections may fail during use, posing a risk of electric shock.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Submersible Bore Pumps, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact the Pump Factory Pty Ltd at 1300 718 025 to organise a refund or by e-mail at sales@kasafactory.com.
