Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Whiting Fish Processed are subject to this recall:

  • Baby Whiting Fish, frozen baby whiting fish fillets covered with a salt and pepper crumb coating, sold in 250 gram silver foil flexible pouches with a cardboard label with batch/lot codes of 210417, 260417 and 270417 and an APN/EAN of 93 283666 002157

According to the ACCC, people who have a Milk allergy or intolerance and/or an Egg allergy should not consume this Whiting Fish and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these recalled Baby Whiting Fish and could be allergic to their Egg and/or Milk ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
