Additional information:

Among the three (3) recalls the NHTSA has announced this May comes news of the following:

Corp. Micro Bird Inc. (“Micro Bird”) has recalled an estimated 602 model year 2012-2017 MB II School Buses. In the event of a rollover, the roof strength in these recalled vehicles may be insufficient to prevent the roof from crushing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (“FMVSS”) number 220, “School Bus Rollover Protection.”

According to the NHTSA, in the event of a rollover, if the School Bus roof crushes, the occupants have an increased risk of injury.
