Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Kmart Wooden Train Toy, sold with an APN of 9341104215565 and a keycode of 4212144

Please consult the photograph above for details of the toy’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, screws from the Toy Train’s roof may become loose and fall out when the product is dropped. The small screws could become an ingestion and/or choking hazard. The Toys, therefore, do not comply with Australia’s mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).

Parents and other caregivers should remove the Toy Train from the child and return the Toy to any Kmart store for a full refund.
