The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Cookies are subject to this recall:
- Decorated (Iced) Cookies, made in the shape of eggs, bunnies or chicks and sold from the self-service cookie displays within nine (9) Whole Foods Market stores in Northern California

According to the FDA, nine Whole Foods Market stores in Northern California have recalled some Decorated (Iced) Cookies from the self-service cookie displays because the products contained egg allergen that was not listed on the product sign. The store in Napa, California has also recalled a Decorated (Iced) Cookie because the product contained wheat allergen that was not listed on the product sign.
The recalled Cookies were sold in the following Whole Foods Market locations in Northern California:

- 4800 El Camino Real, Los Altos, California, 94022
- 3682 Bel Aire Plaza, Napa, California, 94558

- 2001 Market Street, San Francisco, California, 94114
- 6910 McKinley St, Sebastopol, CA 95472
- 911 Soquel Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062
- 201 W. Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession these recalled Cookies and could be allergic to their Egg and/or Wheat ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.
