The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Prepared Caesar Salads are subject to this recall:
- 7-Eleven brand Caesar Salad, sold in three (3) ounce (85 gram) clear plastic tubs with a “best-if-enjoyed-before” date of 4/17/2017, a production code of 07 101 101 and a UPC/barcode of 0 52548 59414 5

According to the FDA, Choice Farms LLC has recalled an estimated 740 7-Eleven brand Prepared Caesar Salad produced on April 11th, at its Denver, Colorado production facility due to undeclared Egg, Fish (specifically, Anchovy Fish) Milk and Wheat, all known allergens.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession these recalled Caesar Salads and could be allergic to their Egg, Fish, Milk or Wheat ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.
