US FlagUS/Washington: Mibo Fresh Turkey & Mango Salad Recall [US]Mibo Fresh Food recalls an estimated 3,434 pounds of Mibo branded Fresh Baby Greens with Turkey and Mango Salads due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Wheat, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

In addition, the recalled Salads were packed on equipment shared with food products that contain Milk, Peanuts, Soy and Tree Nuts, all known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis a serious health hazard. USDA: http://ht.ly/xfWz30aJrrQ

Additional information:
The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Salads are subject to this recall:

  • Mibo Fresh Baby Greens with Turkey and Mango Salad with Sweet Onion Dijon Dressing, sold in 7.2-ounce tray packages. The recalled Salads were produced on various dates between March 28, 2017 and April 6, 2017 and have best-by dates ranging from April 7, 2017 to April 16, 2017.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the USDA, the Salads subject to recall bear establishment number “P-27399” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to Costco retail locations in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.
