According to the ACCC, some of the Edison fittings have been fitted with reverse polarity. If someone attempts to remove a globe while the power remains connected, and then touches the metal side of the globe fitting while it is still in contact with the holder, he or she may experience an electric shock.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Bistro Lights, please do not use them. In particular, do not attempt to change the globes while the string of Bistro Lights is connected to the mains power. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
