Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves John Deere Gray Infant Baseball Caps with a green tractor design.

  • The recalled Caps were sold in one size (infant 6 to 12 months). The style number of “JSH721HF” and the manufacture date of “11/2016” are both printed on the sewn in care label inside the back of the Caps.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Baseball Caps are pictured on the Web site above.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, the button on the top of the Infant Baseball Caps can detach, posing a choking hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Baseball Caps, please do not use it nor let your child wear or play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
