Washington, DC: As of Friday, March 17, 2017, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (“NHTSA”), a division of the US Department of Transportation, has posted a total of 46, tire, accessory or other related product recalls this month. Are yours listed? http://ht.ly/5G8bb
Among the 46 recalls the NHTSA has announced this March comes news of the following:
Volkswagen Group of America Inc. (“Volkswagen”) has recalled certain 2007-2010 Touareg vehicles. The fuel filter flange may crack and allow fuel to leak out.
According to the NHTSA, a fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
