Further identification of the recalled Swing is as follows:
- The Swing has an SKU model of 615573, 615573K or 615573M

According to the ACCC, the plastic seat of the recalled Swing Chair can crack or break, posing a fall hazard. If this defect occurs, the Swing may break causing the child to fall and become injured.
There have been no reported complaints or injuries in Australia at the time of this recall notification, but a “small number” of reports of Swings breaking and injuries associated with falls have been reported overseas.
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Swing Chairs, please do not use them or let your child play on or near them. Instead, kindly contact Headstart International for a replacement Swing or refund in the form of a credit towards the purchase of another Little Tikes product.
