Additional information:
The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Chicken is subject to this recall:

  • Waffle Breaded Bites: Fully Cooked Breaded White Meat Chicken Bites sold in cases of two (2) clear plastic five (5)-pound bags

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the USDA, the Chicken Products subject to recall bear establishment number “P-20214” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to Food Lion stores in Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

The problem was discovered when the firm received a customer complaint in which the product appeared undercooked.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Chicken, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
