  • Northfork Oven & Grill Cleaner, sold in 750 mL PET spray bottles with a product code of 631080418 and batch numbers 14840, 14929, 15105 or 15684

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Cleaning Product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the chemical contents of the Cleaning Chemical may interact with the plastic bottle causing the bottle to crack along its bottom edge. If this occurs, it could allow the contents to leak out resulting in poisoning, and/or skin and/or eye irritation or damage.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Home Cleaning Products, please do not use them. Instead, please contact the Pelikan Artline customer support line on 1300 278 546 from 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday to arrange to receive a replacement empty Northfork Oven & Grill Cleaner bottle.

This empty bottle will be supplied with a funnel, disposable gloves and instructions on how to transfer the chemical from the old bottle. Once the new bottle is filled using the Cleaning Product from the old bottle, it can be used normally.

Please note: any disposal of this Cleaning Product must be in accordance with local municipal hazardous waste requirements to protect the drinking water supply and the ecosystem.

Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (“PPE”) when working with chemicals, including gloves and protective eye ware. Ensure the work area is either outdoors or well ventilated before working with any chemical substances.
