Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Plastic Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Crocodile Wind-Up Toy (pictured above)
  • Dog Wind-Up Toy

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Toys’ design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, small parts may detach from these Toys. The products, therefore, do not comply with Australia’s mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation). If small parts are liberated during use, it poses a potential Choking hazard to young children.

In addition, if plastic or metal fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Plastic Wind-Up Toys, please do not use them nor let your child play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
