Australia/Canberra: Wen Bros Trading recalls some/certain batch/lots of Assorted Temporary Tattoos and Peelable Coloured Nail Polish due to failure to have mandatory ingredient labels, as required by the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991 and consequential potential allergic reactions, a serious health hazard. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Tattoos and Nail Polish are subject to this recall:
- Assorted Temporary Tattoos, item numbers SL-34, SL-23, SL-24, SL-21 and SL-33
- Peelable Coloured Nail Polish, item number 34181
==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the ACCC, the recalled Assorted Temporary Tattoos and Peelable Coloured Nail Polish do not have the mandatory ingredient label, as required by Australia’s Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991. People who use any of the Temporary Tattoos and/or Nail Polish may be exposed to cosmetic ingredients to which they are sensitive or allergic. In addition, if a person does suffer an adverse reaction neither he or she nor the applicable physician will be not able to check an ingredients list to identify the possible causes and seek appropriate treatment.
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Assorted Temporary Tattoos and/or Peelable Coloured Nail Polish and could be allergic to their undeclared ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not use them. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Assorted Temporary Tattoos and/or Peelable Coloured Nail Polish please do not use. Instead, kindly contact Wens Bros Trading Pty Ltd for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
