The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Whole Wheat Bread are subject to this recall:
- Fred Meyer 100% Whole Wheat Bread, sold in 16-ounce loaves with a product code of Julian Dates: 013 thru 036 and a UPC of 11110-10294

According to the FDA, Fred Meyer Stores has recalled certain batch/lots of its 16-ounce loaves of Fred Meyer 100% Whole Wheat Bread sold in its Fred Meyer retail stores because the food product may contain non-fat Dry Milk that not listed on the label. The recalled Bread Loaves were sold in stores located in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Bread Loaves and could be allergic to their Milk ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.
