Canada/Ottawa: P.K. Douglass recalls an estimated 9,368 bags of Rubber Bath Duck Toys for an estimated total of 37,472 Ducks due to risk of component detachment and consequential choking hazard. HCSC: http://ht.ly/eMdk308nd3o
Health Canada/Santé Canada (“HCSC”) reports the following Rubber Bath Duck Toys are subject to this recall:
- Rubber Bath Duck Toys, sold in two (2) Bath Duck Sets:
- Four (4) piece Duck Set consisting of one (1) large and three (3) small ducks sold with a UPC of 058445295093 and an item number of 29509; and
- Seven (7) piece Duck Set consisting of seven (7) small ducks sold with a UPC of 058445299411 and an item number of 29941

According to Health Canada, the squeaker in the recalled Ducks can be removed, posing as a choking hazard for infant or small children.
As of January 13, 2017 the company has received one (1) report of the squeaker detaching from the Duck in Canada, and no reports of injury.
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Rubber Bath Duck Toys, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
