EU issues 21 Product & Vehicle Recalls

Among the 21 recalls the European Union has announced in this second report of January 2017, the following notification was made:

Meitai Toys (“MT”) brand Music Carriage Musical Toys sold with a type/number model designation of 2012C and a batch number/barcode of *021361*. The type of hazards presented include choking and/or suffocation caused by small component detachment. These components include the Toy’s wheels, the rotating part and the decorative flower.

Due to the risk of choking and/or suffocation, the product does not comply with the requirements of the European Toy Safety Directive and such, has been ordered recalled from end users and withdrawn from the marketplace.
