The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Travel Adaptor Kit are subject to this recall:

  • PowerCube ReWirable USB Travel Adaptor Kit/Outlet Device (by Allocacoc). The model number on the packaging is 1891. The item number on the base of the Adaptor is 1890 along with one of the following batch codes:
    • BN6081-09QL
    • BN6081-07NO.3G
    • BN6081-16BL
    • BN6081-25CG
    • BN6081-22D
    • BN6081-15NO.1L
    • BN6081-18QG
    • BN6081-13NO.4L
    • BN6081-30AM
    • BN6081-33DL

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the ACCC, the Adaptor does not comply with Australian specifications. The Adaptor contains a fuse holder which is not permitted under standard AS/NZS 3105.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Travel Adaptor Kits, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
