The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Homeopathic Medications are subject to this recall:

  • CVS Homeopathic Infants’ Teething Tablets 135 tablets, batch/lots: 41116 and 43436, sold with a UPC or 050428424162
  • Kids Relief Homeopathic Ear Relief Oral Liquid 0.85 fluid ounce size, batch/lot: 35254, sold with a UPC of 778159090639
  • CVS Homeopathic Kids’ Ear Relief Liquid 0.85 fluid ounce size, batch/lot: 33149 and sold with a UPC of 050428441633

According to the FDA, the recalled CVS Homeopathic products have a very small amount of Belladonna, an alkaloid substance that can cause harm at higher doses. The company is recalling the product out of an abundance of caution. These products were distributed US nationwide.
