Additional information:
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Cured Meats are subject to this recall:

  • Charcuterie Parisienne brand Le trio de charcuteries Champêtre, sold in 150 gram packages with best-before date codes of 16 DE 12 and 16 DE 14 and a UPC of 8 72863 00760 7
  • Charcuterie Parisienne brand Le trio de charcuteries Parisien, sold in 150 gram packages with best-before date codes of 116 DE 13 and 16 DE 20 and a UPC of 8 72863 00761 4
  • Charcuterie Parisienne brand Cooked White Ham, sold in variable sized packages (approximately 350 grams) with a best-before date code of 16 DE 05 and no UPC
  • Charcuterie Parisienne brand Rindless Slab Bacon, sold in variable sized packages (approximately 200 grams) with a best-before date code of 16 DE 145 and no UPC

According to the CFIA, Charcuterie Parisienne has recalled certain batch/lots of Charcuterie Parisienne brand Cured Meats from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. You should not consume the recalled products identified above.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure pets and small children can’t access the suspect food.
