The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Cookies are subject to this recall:

  • Oreo Fudge Cremes, Original Variety, sold in 11.3-ounce plastic tray/packages with best-when-used-by-date codes of 9 AUG 16, 20 AUG 16, 14 SEP 16, 13 OCT 16, 14 OCT 16 and 17 OCT 16 as well as a UPC of 0 44000 02694 3
  • Oreo Fudge Cremes, Mint Variety, sold in 11.3-ounce plastic tray/packages with best-when-used-by-date codes of 20 AUG 16, 21 AUG 16, 14 SEP 16, 15 SEP 16, 16 SEP 16, 17 OCT 16 and 18 OCT 16 as well as a UPC of 0 44000 02696 7

According to the FDA, Mondelez Global LLC has recalled in the United States, including the US Territories of Puerto Rico, St. Croix and St. Thomas, the above batch/lots of certain Oreo Fudge Creme Cookies, Original and Mint varieties, due to undeclared Milk, an known allergen not listed in the respective ingredient lists.

Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
