Among the 23 recalls the NHTSA has announced this October comes news of the following:

Halcore Group, Inc. (Halcore) has recalled certain model year 2016-2017 American Emergency Vehicle (AEV) Traumahawk Ambulances manufactured August 1, 2016, to September 28, 2016. Due to a problem with the seat tracks, the attendant seat(s) on the affected vehicles may unexpectedly move in a rapid deceleration event such as a crash.

According to the NHTSA, in the event of a crash, the seat may move forward at a high rate of speed, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant.
