The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following clothing is subject to this recall:

• Indigo Elephant Crew Top, an indigo “crew style” infant top that features a large elephant applique on the front of the top.Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the ACCC, there is a risk that on some of the Tops, one or more of the snaps may detach from the garment during normal use. If this defect does occur and the snaps in question do become detached from garment, it could pose a choking hazard to infants.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Crew Top Clothing, please do not wear them nor store them near your child. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
