The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves the Hammerhead Sleds, sold in blue, green, orange and yellow colors.

The front handle bars have a steering system consisting of polycarbonate skis. The rear HDPE skis are attached to the main aluminum frame. The units measure 23 inches wide by 9 inches high by 51 inches deep and weigh about 10 pounds. The brand, “Hammerhead Pro” is printed on the top each Sled.

According to the CPSC, the front handle bar assembly can break, posing a crash hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Sleds, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
