The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Sleds are subject to this recall:

  • Hammer Head Pro Sled, model 612848

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation. Additional variations of the recalled Sleds are pictured on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, there is a possibility that the front handle bar assembly of the recalled Sleds could break during use. If this defect does occur, it poses a crash hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Sleds, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
