The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Wooden Cots are subject to this recall:

  • Babyco Florida Wooden Cots, item 97090

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Infant Cots’ design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, this furniture does not comply with Australia’s mandatory safety standard, AS/NZS 2172:2003. Specifically, the product has incorrect labeling and markings. As such, incorrect information on the Infant Cots may lead to unsafe use of the Cot and pose fall and injury hazards to infants and small children.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of recalled Infant Cots, please do not place your child in them. Instead, kindly call Babyco at (03) 95489443 or e-mail and the company will send you an updated warning label and replacement manual.
