The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following wall-hanging Photo Frames are subject to this recall:

  • Zara Collage Photo Frames, white frame trim; APN: 9341103371439
  • Zara Collage Photo Frames, black frame trim; APN: 9341103449046

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation. An additional variation of the recalled Collage Photo Frame is pictured on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the frame joins on the recalled Collage Photo Frames can easily separate when handled or hung on a wall. If this defect occurs, it may allow the glass to fall out and break onto those nearby. Cuts and abrasions from falling and sharp glass shards could occur.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Collage Photo Frames, please do not use them or handle them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

Please note: always use appropriate personal protective equipment (“PPE”) when working with glass, including gloves and protective eye ware. Never try to catch falling glass; turn your face away from any shatters. Keep children and pets well away from any area that may be subject to glass breakage.
