The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Portable Themed Luminaires are subject to this recall:

  • Portable Themed Luminaires, as pictured above. No item number or UPC was given.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Luminaire’s packaging, design and retail presentation. An additional variation of the recalled product is pictured on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, this Lighting Product has no electrical approval number for sale within Australia. Due to lack of proof of electrical certification, there is a possible risk of fire and/or electrocution if this product is used in the way intended.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Portable Themed Luminaires, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
