The UK Trading Standards Institute (“TSI”) reports the following Women’s Western Boots are subject to this recall:

  • Next brand Women’s Tan Western Boots, product number: 795923
  • Next brand Black Western Boots, product number: 123821

Please consult the photograph above for details of the Tan Western Boots design and retail presentation. There is one additional variation of the recalled Boots available on the Web site above.

According to the TSI, the heel on these Western Boots could become detached during wear. This may lead to an injury.

If you believe you have purchased the recalled Boots, please do not wear them. Instead, kindly return the product to the Next store where you purchased them for a full refund. Consumers can also contact Next on 0333 777 8000 (National call rates apply) to arrange a collection.

If you have given any of these items as a gift, please ask the recipient to return them to Next. You will not need an invoice to obtain a refund.
