The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Ham Product is subject to this recall:

  • Northside Fine Foods Ham Off The Bone, sold in 100 gram packages of sliced Ham with a use-by date of 10/12/15, a batch code of 180116 and a APN/EAN of 9 329053 000159

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, this recall was ordered due to microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination. Listeria monocytogenes may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.
